Assistance with housing out of incarceration or rehab, clothing and other essentials like gas cards and bus fare to help an individual get started
Assistance with SNAP and Medicaid applications or other insurance, housing, financial assistance needs, and connecting with other support services
We're working directly with drug and alcohol rehabilitation centers educating individuals on the main pillars of wellness; Personal/Spiritual, Occupational and Financial Wellness then pairing them with a mentor in the community to help prepare them and give them an action plan improving their chances of recovery.
